What you accept when you create your account
A plain-language summary of the key points. The full documents below are the legally binding ones — the Spanish versions prevail.
Business use (B2B)
You declare you use Hecho Visible to promote your own business, within your economic activity — not as an end consumer (art. 5(3), Colombian Law 1480 of 2011).
“As is” service & third-party dependency
The platform depends on providers we don't control (AI, Meta/Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp, payments, cloud, the Internet). No availability guarantee, no guarantee of commercial results.
Limited liability
CANDIDATLAS SAS answers only for what is directly and exclusively attributable to its own actions. Third-party failures, force majeure and your own approval of content break the causal link. The remedy is re-performance or a proportional refund, with an overall cap.
AI-generated content
You get a commercial-use license over generated content, with no warranty of originality, exclusivity or registrability. You must review and approve everything before publishing — approval means you own the publication.
Cancellation with 3-month notice
Auto-renewing paid plans are cancelled with three (3) months' notice, counted from the 1st of the month after the request. If you legally qualify as a consumer, you may cancel at the end of the billing cycle.
Your social media accounts
Connecting Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp is your decision; you grant us a limited mandate to publish on your behalf. Blocks or closures by those platforms are your risk.
Your data
You authorize the processing of your data (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 · Habeas Data) and its transfer to providers in the US. You can view, correct, export or delete your data from your account.
Disputes
Colombian law. Between businesses: arbitration at the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. Consumers: the SIC and competent courts.
